Weird Science (1994)

The television spin-off of the cult comedy film occassionally featured aliens, realized as either puppets or prosthetics. Credits are another story; the only episode here with special makeup effects artist credits is 'WS4', which credits Roy Knyrim and Jerry Macaluso of SOTA FX. IMDB also states that Knyrim and Macaluso worked on the series, so until I know more I'll assume every episode was their work.

The squid-like alien Ali in 'Earth Boys are Easy' was a performer wearing a full body suit; the mask had mechanisms allowing the trunk to move.

The pig-like Steves in 'Chett-A-Nator' were performers in sculpted prosthetic masks.

The demon in 'Forbidden Janet' was a performer wearing a bodysuit appliance and mask with mouth opening mechanisms.

The cyclops-like alien in 'WS4' was a performer wearing sculpted gloves and an animatronic mask; the eyelids had a mechanism that could allow them to 'blink' via a mechanism inside.
