Class (2016)

The third Doctor Who spinoff with involvement from Millennium FX was 2016's Class; the series revolved around an attempted invasion of Earth by the rock-like 'Shadow Kin'. The Shadow Kin were based on concept art by Christopher Goodman, with Gary Pollard heading their on-screen realization. Pollard originally gave them a more demonic appearance in his initial sculpts.
The revised design of the Shadow Kin had them slightly more human-like in their faces; a blue-grey drybrushing was used for the textures, the suits sculpted to appear as if they were entirely made from cooled lava. Coriolanus, the leader Shadow Kin, had a facial prosthetic sculpted with a pronounced chin.
Other Shadow Kin were sculpted, adhering to the same basic design; some 'grunt' Shadow Kin were also sculpted with static masks. These images, as well as the earlier ones showing the sculpting for Coriolanus, all come from Gary Pollard's own Facebook page, the Gary Pollard Archives.
In the final cut, digital effects were overlaid on the Shadow Kin performers.
The series also had a main character who was a 'Quill' alien desiguised as a human; her real form being very, very briefly seen in one shot; true to the name, it's a latex prosthetic with quils stuck on, with a tigerfish-like pattern. The Quill mask was sculpted and painted by Dave Bonneywell of Dog Soldiers fame.
The episode 'The Metaphysical Engine, or What Quill Did' featured an appearance of the Quill Goddess; a sharp-toothed nude humanoid with quils on sections of its body, and realized as a performer in a full latex suit. As of now I haven't been able to find any behind the scenes photos of the Quill Goddess bodysuit, which is a shame.
